Maintainer runbooks
Runbooks contain exact procedures, recovery steps, and acceptance evidence for secure deployment, backup restoration, image releases, database cutovers, and vehicle-history repair.
Use the user-facing guides for normal installation ownership. Use a runbook when the operation changes shared infrastructure, release state, stored data, or diagnostic evidence.
